How to Prepare

  1. You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your first class. Our instructors are required to explain the proper use of the Megaformer™ before the class starts.

  2. Grip socks must be worn during class. If you don’t already own a pair you can get one at the studio!

  3. If you have any injuries, please let your instructor know and they will provide modifications.

  4. The Lagree method is challenging. Expect sweat, shakes, and after class soreness. Don't worry - it gets better the more you do it!

The method focuses on activating slow-twitch muscle fibres, building core strength and lean muscle mass, increasing the after-burn effect for up to 24 hours after training.

  • This Intro to Lagree full-body workout is perfect for beginners on the Megaformer. The class is designed to introduce you to the machine, the Lagree method, and foundational movements.

    If you’re new to Lagree, we recommend taking at least three beginner classes before advancing to Classic Lagree, which features higher intensity.
