How to Prepare

  1. You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your first class. Our instructors are required to explain the proper use of the Megaformer™ before the class starts.

  2. Grip socks must be worn during class. If you don’t already own a pair you can get one at the studio!

  3. If you have any injuries, please let your instructor know and they will provide modifications.

  4. The Lagree method is challenging. Expect sweat, shakes, and after class soreness. Don't worry - it gets better the more you do it!
