FAQs

HOW DO I BUY AND BOOK INTO CLASSES?

You can purchase and book into classes online or on our app.  Simply click on schedules, select the studio of choice, create an online profile, purchase a package, and book into a class. We recommend booking early and often as classes do sell out!

ITS MY FIRST TIME DOING LAGREE, CAN I STILL TAKE PART?

Our classes are accessible to all fitness levels. All classes offer modifications and options you can take as you grow in your practice. As with anything new, there will be an adjustment period, but our instructors are trained to work with your ability level. We ask that you remain patient, stay focused and get ready to become addicted!

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A LAGREE CLASS?

Lagree is a high-intensity muscle endurance workout performed on the Megaformer, which uses spring-based tension and principles of bodybuilding to fatigue the muscles and create maximum RESULTS. The workout involves slow movements done at a fast pace to limit breaks and keep the heart rate up. On the other hand, while reformer Pilates is also a great form of exercise, it involves a different machine and is less intense, with a focus on core stability and alignment rather than LEAN MUSCLE TONING.

ITS MY FIRST TIME- WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER BEFORE TAKING THE CLASS?

We want you to have the best experience possible, so please arrive 10 minutes early before your class. This will give our trainer enough time to introduce you to the workout and ensure you are comfortable with the equipment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept new clients who arrive just 5 minutes before the class, as we want to ensure your safety and provide you with a proper INDUCTION. Also, please make sure to bring grip socks! Don't worry if you don't have any, you can purchase them at our studio.

ON WHAT LANGUANGE ARE THE CLASSES TAUGHT IN?

ALL OF OUR CLASSES ARE TAUGHT IN ENGLISH.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME TO CLASS?

We recommend 3 classes a week to see maximum benefit. We love seeing you but we also believe in rest and recovery!  Listen to your body!

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF I HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE WAITLIST?

If a class is full you can still elect to be added to the waitlist in hopes of being added to the class should a space open up. Those who have been added to the waitlist will be notified by email, at least 12 hours in advance, if they are added to the class. Waitlisted clients who have NOT yet received notification that they have been added to the class on or before class start time, are welcome to drop in before class to see if a spot opens up but are not permitted on the machine until the 5 minuteS FROM THE START OF THE CLASS has passed.

Once the 5 minute late period has passed, they are able to take the free machine and the person who did not show up will be LATE CANCELLED.

WHAT IF I CAN'T COME TO CLASS ? WILL I BE CHARGED?

we operate on a strict 12-hour cancelation policy. Our classes are small in size and it impacts other clients and instructors if you late cancel or no show. The same rules apply if you are making a change to your class time. You must cancel at least 12 hours prior to class start or you will loose your class credit.

WHAT IS YOUR LATE POLICY?

we value everyone's time and safety. In order to respect this, we have a zero-tolerance late policy. If you're a new client, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early. For our regular clients, we recommend arriving no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of class.

Please be aware that if you arrive after the class starts the doors will be closed AND we will have to cancel your CLASS CREDIT. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for everyone.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON CLASS CREDITS?

We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds for class credits. If you cancel class within our cancellation policy, the class will be credited back to your account for later use. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LAGREE AND PILATES?

Lagree is a high-intensity muscle endurance workout performed on the Megaformer, which uses spring-based tension and principles of bodybuilding to fatigue the muscles and create maximum RESULTS. The workout involves slow movements done at a fast pace to limit breaks and keep the heart rate up. On the other hand, while reformer Pilates is also a great form of exercise, it involves a different machine and is less intense, with a focus on core stability and alignment rather than LEAN MUSCLE TONING.

I AM PREGNANT, CAN I STILL JOIN THE CLASS?

FIRSTLY, Congratulations! If you were regularly taking Lagree  classes before your pregnancy, you can continue to attend them as long as you feel comfortable and have your doctor's approval. We recommend discussing the classes with your doctor before attending.
